Microsoft has launched a number of initiatives aimed to improve the computer skills of the general public within the United States and across the world. Program offerings range from free/low cost software licenses to refurbished hardware to free training and certification testing. RWA is compiling information about these offerings to enable RWA partners across southeastern Wisconsin to take advantage of the Microsoft "Digital Literacy" initiatives.
